Inclement Weather

Cancellation due to inclement weather only, must be made by 5:00 pm the previous day of the event. Once our trucks are in route to the event, full payment is due rain or shine. We will always do our best to accommodate our clients if activities are postpone due to inclement weather, but once we are at the event, full payment is due.

Electricity

It is the client's sole responsibility to provide sufficient electricity to support the rented items. Because of the large amounts of power that many items require, we offer rental of generator if required. If you require a generator, we must be notified 48 hours advance notice.  Please be advised, that we typically do not carry extra generators with us on our trucks. In the unfortunate event that sufficient power is not available, payment is due in full. If you have any questions regarding electricity requirements, please contact our office at (954) 580-0400.

Securing Equipment

All our units will be secure by universal fun Inc by stakes or weights, Customers will have to indicate to Universal fun upon ordering what type of surface the unit(s) is going to be setup. Universal fun is not responsible for any damage to electrical pipes, sprinkles, water lines, or any underground fixtures on the premises during the setup, takedown or use of our equipment in customer property.

Deposit

We require a non-refundable deposit to secure a reservation. In the event of cancellation due to inclement weather, the deposit will be applicable for future bookings only, but it will not be refunded.

Payment Options

We accept deposits in the form Cash, Check, Money Order or Credit Card. There will be $30.00 service charge for any returned checks. The Balance if due on the event day and must be in the form of cash or money order at the beginning.

Payment Procedures

There are many times that we have equipment booked back to back, therefore we are on a fixed schedule. In the interest if assuring prompt set-up and take down, the balance due on the day of the event is must be paid at the beginning. At this time a Universal Fun representative will present the client with a rental agreement and the total due amount for the services. We do believe that getting this process over at the beginning of the event is better for everyone involved.
